We are seeking those with a passion for caring for the elderly, who want to start their career with a caring, supportive, and progressive company.

Our client, well established Aged Care, and Healthcare organisation is seeking new trainee team members to join their Aged Care team.

No experience is required. On-the-job training, along with paid attendance at Accredited Training to gain your Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) - CHC33021.

You will be offered a set 24-month contract, for the traineeship, with locked-in shifts on the negotiated days and hours, agreed to by you, during recruitment, we expect your training will be completed within 12-15 months.

What we are seeking:

  • Have a great attitude
  • Be reliable
  • Willingness to learn and work
  • Ability to pass/present a clear National Police Check, or willing to obtain
  • Be an AU or NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident (to access State funding for the training)
  • Have regular availability (minimum 3 days a week, Monday to Friday, AM shifts)
  • Have good communication skills
  • Want to work and care for the elderly.
  • Prepared to learn (on the job and in class) to complete your traineeship in Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021).

Shifts

Shifts are available Monday to Friday, at the following times:

AM - 6:30am to 2:30pm

PM - 2:30pm to 9:30pm

To begin with, you will be offered Monday to Friday, AM shifts ONLY - until you complete your fast-tracked accredited training units and signed off with your on-the-job training by our Clinical Team.
