What’s the opportunity?
An exciting opportunity exists to help improve access to and utilisation of digital health across Australia. The Implementation Consultation will be the primary contact for our ‘specialist market’, to provide world-class customer experience in the journey of implementing and using our healthcare technology solutions.

What can I expect?
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Clients, Customer Success Managers, Practice Consultants, Technical Operations and Customer Support through the set-up, data migration, and training process to onboard clients onto new software solutions.
- Build rapport within our client’s practice by identifying key people, setting clear project expectations and achievable timeline goals to execute the technical and business objectives based on the scope of the implementation and rollout plans.
- Setup and test customer solution to ensure a successful achievement of all implementation milestones.
- Participate in internal working groups to ensure schedules are being met, relevant market/product/client/competitor information is considered and to continue to improve the onboarding process for our customers.
- Train customers on best practices of utilising the solution and guide them through the change management journey every step of the way.
- Assist the customer with any product related questions or training questions to ensure they are adopting and using the solution in the most efficient manner.
About you:
Previous experience and skills may include:
- Strong client engagement, rapport building, consulting, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated technical background implementing software or supporting on-premise software solutions.
- Demonstrated experience delivering training and providing customer support.
- Ability to manage the customer lifecycle from beginning to end.
- Strong SQL knowledge and capability.
- Responsive and quick thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.
You might also have:
- Experience in health industry or specialist practice management an advantage.
- Experience guiding a customer through a Go Live and User Acceptance Testing.
