This BA role plays an important part in the delivery of a large program of working transitioning technology services between providers for a program that is of strategic importance to Telstra Health.
Help us shape a connected future for healthcare by:
- Providing Business Analytics support to the transition, design and build of the technology for a national service
- Gathering, documenting and prioritising business requirements – acting as a key liaison between the technology team and the service delivery team, to ensure that technology enables the delivery of high quality services
- Mapping and document workflows, and providing input into risk assessment and mitigation
- Working with external vendors to stand up a POC
- Working with other workstreams in the Transition Team to deliver:
- Business Requirements Documents (functional/non-functional)
- Use Cases
- User Stories
- Process flows
- Wireframes and prototypes
- User documentation
- Release notes
- Working with project teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of the project
- Assisting with internal UAT in conjunction with the QA team
- Handover project work and support the BAU service delivery teams as required
Required skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Ability to clearly document both functional and non-functional requirements including the ability to understand and facilitate the documentation of use cases and workflows is essential
- Experience collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Exposure to an Agile software development environment is highly regarded
- Some exposure to User Experience Design, User-Centred Design and User Interface Design
- Exposure to the Healthcare industry is highly regarded
- Tertiary qualifications in a business related or technology discipline Highly regarded: Business Analyst certification (CBAP) Appropriate qualifications in Agile Methodology
