What’s the opportunity?
The Enterprise Account Executive role is responsible for driving growth and customer retention within a defined portfolio of key accounts. The role requires a professional with experience in managing senior executive relationships within the healthcare sector, and the ability to develop and execute a sales strategy to meet growth targets for the South Australia and Victoria regions.
About the role:
The Enterprise Account Executive – Enterprise and Health Systems (SA/VIC) is responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction within a designated portfolio of accounts. This role involves building strong relationships with senior executives, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve key performance metrics. The following outlines the key accountabilities and outcomes associated with this position:
Customer Satisfaction and retention
- Maintain CRM Data: Ensure accurate and up-to-date recording of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Sales Pipeline Reporting: Provide regular sales pipeline updates and forecasting reports to leadership for strategic planning.
- Customer Satisfaction: Drive customer satisfaction as measured by NPS and CSAT or other measures, identifying and addressing key issues to improve overall experience in partnership with the Marketing and other teams.
- Retention and Growth: Maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on retention and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive long-term growth.
Account and Sales Strategy
- Developing and executing an account and sales plan to drive revenue growth within the assigned portfolio of accounts.
- Serve as the primary owner of the account, working cross-functionally to ensure all internal interactions and activities are aligned, delivering a seamless, coordinated experience for the customer
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts, as well as expanding the customer relationship to other areas of the organisation. Building an opportunity funnel to meet/exceed targets.
Relationship Management and Collaboration
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with executive decision-makers within assigned accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Developing a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and drivers, and using this knowledge to position company solutions and services.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure customer success and drive customer retention.
- Working collaboratively with Business Development Executives to progress new opportunities you have identified across the account portfolio.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Tracking and reporting on key metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
- Leading the generation of specific deal proposals and progressing through the sales funnel to contract execution.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records for the account portfolio.
- Achieving a target growth rate of 20% and maintaining a high level of customer retention within the assigned portfolio of accounts.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, technology or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the healthcare ecosystem.
- A proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to large enterprise healthcare customers, and experience building and maintaining senior executive relationships.
- A strong understanding of the sales process.
- A strong customer focus with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience delivering client focused solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management.
