What’s the opportunity?
We are looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist to join our team of client facing applications consultants who can help us continue to deliver world class solutions to our clients.
About the role:
Primarily working with our PowerBilling and Revenue Collection (PBRC) product, our team work alongside of our clients to design, configure, implement and support the PBRC application.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Facilitating implementation workshops with clients where system design around business workflow is key
- Undertaking system configuration
- Support clients throughout Systems Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Facilitating product training and providing go-live support.
- Collaborating with our Application Specialists and Product Delivery teams to ensure client requirements are delivered in the product.
About you:
- Completion or working towards completion of a relevant graduate degree (e.g. Business, Accounting, Technical, Operational Health).
- Experience in the delivery of software implementations.
- Highly effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client focus.
- Proven knowledge of programming concepts, exposure to databases and data storage.
Desirable:
- Knowledge and experience relating to Billing and Accounts Receivable processes and systems.
- Experience relating to Public Hospital Billing Medicare and Health Fund claiming requirements.
- Technical skills and experience working with SQL, JavaScript, and MS SQL / Oracle databases.
