This international project will require the role to be based in one of our primary international locations in the Middle East, Bahrain.

What’s the opportunity?

This role will primarily support the EMEA Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure projects are effectively planned and delivered in line with customer requirements and within budget. The role will be responsible for administration of PMO documentation, reporting and analysis supporting Project Managers across EMEA.

Key accountabilities of this role are:

  •  Support the management team to ensure projects are managed within the defined budget and timelines and delivered to scope
  • Facilitate definition and management of project scope, deliverables, risks and goals
  • Work with Account Management and Implementation Subject Matter Experts to document project tasks and resource requirements
  • Ensure PMO reporting obligations are met internally and externally
  • Ensure that project management methodologies are applied in project(s) under management, including the use of templates and tools.
  • Ensure Customer and internal expectations are managed pro-actively
  • Support additional internal operational activities, including but not limited to working with local Government Agencies, drafting relevant documentation
  • Participation in pre-sales activities in conjunction with the sales and account managers.

This role will be required to work overseas in our primary international locations in EMEA and be based in Bahrain. The international projects may require the role to be based in these jurisdictions from time to time or for extended periods of time (up to two years).

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Administration or Project Management
  • Healthcare administration experience, particularly in hospitals highly regarded
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and within tight time constraints
  • In-depth knowledge of eHealth services, patient costing, and revenue cycle management practices.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant Microsoft Office applications and Jira/Confluence
  • The ability to travel as needed.
