TBWA\Melbourne is seeking a Business Manager to join the ADF Careers team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  •  Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partner agencies, fostering an environment of trust and collaborative partnership.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, production and strategy to deliver disruptive, world-class ideas.
  • Provide exceptional client service by maintaining clear communication and proactively exceeding expectations.
  • Efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Manage work in progress meetings and provide ongoing campaign reporting.
  • Challenge the status quo and shape the work across the entire recruitment journey, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Utilise analytics and performance data to optimise always on activity.
  • Deepen your understanding of culture and the broader forces influencing the success of our campaigns and ongoing efforts.
  • Manage project costs to ensure optimal value and delivery within budget constraints. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO TBWA 

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the advertising industry
  • A passion to create world-class creative
  • Strategic savviness and commercial acumen. 
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively on multiple projects from brief to completion.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to think critically to anticipate and solve problems
  • Experience working with large, complex organisations is preferred.
  • Strong organisation and interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail
