- 7+ years experience in AV production (broadcast or content)
- Passionate about content/film/radio production and creativity in all its forms
- Have high level experience with AV pre-production processes including documentation, stakeholder alignment and more
- Comprehensive understanding of the post-production process and components, including sound production, music composition/licensing, VFX and animation
- Experience with solution planning and troubleshooting difficult shoot requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and reliable time management skills
- Proactive and motivated, highly autonomous, solutions focused at all times
- Experience working with external production houses/directors – including competitive bid processes
- Experience booking external suppliers, including sound engineers, colourists, VFX artists and more
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for scoping, feasibility, costing and creating timelines
- Communicating progress to all stakeholders, including clients
- End-to-end AV production management, from scoping to final delivery
- Assisting with feasibility on new ideas and finding solutions to all manner of challenges
- Managing the internal project stakeholders at all levels
- Maintaining the ability to focus on the overall project vision as well as the finer details throughout
- Champion best practice delivery processes on your projects agency-wide
- Seek opportunities to enhance our delivery processes and contribute new ideas
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- A problem-solver with the ability to think on your feet
- The ability to rationalise decisions and present ideas effectively
- The ability to communicate AV production ideas and offer alternate solutions when required
- Excellent client facing and third party/supplier management skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple briefs at any one time
- Experience delivering large-scale broadcast TV campaigns to market
- Experience working on in-house productions is a bonus – but not mandatory
