Primary Focus:
You will be responsible for the digital marketing budget and driving online sales growth for Coach and Kate Spade in Australia and New Zealand, including Retail, Outlet, and third-party channels. This will be achieved by working collaboratively with the local and regional stakeholders to ensure our digital investments produce a strong ROI.
This is a Full time 12 month contract starting April/May, based at our head office in Alexandria, Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure campaigns are achieving their KPIs .
- Manage relationships with digital agencies, ensuring that they deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports using tools like Google Analytics to build insights and actions that improve current and future campaigns.
- Regularly review competitor advertising activity and highlight opportunities and gaps in our digital marketing strategy.
- Work with the Merchandising and Ecommerce team to ensure we’re promoting the correct products across all digital touchpoints.
Skills and Attributions:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Business or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional marketing/ecommerce experience with a proven track record of driving business growth through a variety of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Ability to effectively partner cross-functionally within multi-brand teams to capitalise on opportunities, ensure efficiencies and develop and implement initiatives that can drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Confident team player, with the ability to work at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being flexible in approach to meet the requirements of the business.
