Are you an organised and proactive individual with exceptional administration skills and experience? Tallangatta Health Service is seeking skilled and friendly casual organisational support staff to join our team and provide administration support for project, during increase demand or leave back fill.
About the role
You will be supporting the team to provide administrative support and office tasks. Duties will include, but not be limited to: preparation of reports, newsletters and internal documents; answering phones and email communication in a timely and professional manner. You will support managers in ad hoc tasks as required, to meet the needs of the time and wider organisation.
These are casual positions across the entire organisation with scheduled opportunities in the near future to cover leave as both our Ward Clerk and/or Executive Assistant (May 2025).

About us
Tallangatta Health Service is a 61 bed, small rural public health service providing a mix of acute, sub-acute, aged care residential, and community services to Tallangatta and the surrounding district. We pride ourselves on being a customer focused, progressive provider of care to our community, patients and residents with a multidisciplinary focus.
About you
- At least 3 years of administrative experience in a busy, professional environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed computer skills, including the Microsoft Suite and workplace software programs for data/record management, time and attendance etc.
- Experience in preparation of reports and meeting papers, will be highly regarded.
- Motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Maintain and promote good interpersonal, public relations and customer service.
- Understanding of high level confidentiality.
All appointments are made subject to the required security screening including National Criminal History and an immunisation status appropriate to the role.
