As a Construction and Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing input throughout all project phases, focusing on constructability, risk management, HSEQ compliance, and ensuring the project is built according to the specifications. You'll also support the Project Manager in various aspects of project execution and community engagement.
Your experience and qualifications
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in electrical, mechanical and/or civil construction experience essential, or experience deemed equivalent.
- Extensive experience in construction and maintenance or heavy industry in a Supervisory/ Management role
- Advanced ability to manage construction and maintenance project activities in a similar industry.
- Working knowledge of current legislative requirements, safety and environment
- Sound construction management technical skills across electrical, mechanical and/or civil disciplines.
