We need your expertise, where you will be responsible for developing and integrating enterprise-wide quality, environmental and safety management systems aligned with best practices, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements to support Sydney Water’s strategic goals.

Your role will involve:

As a Management Systems Lead, you will ensure these systems are integrated, harmonized and simplified to provide enhanced user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders for effective implementation and continuously monitor system performance for suitability and improvement. Monitor and maintain controlled documents, ensuring they are current and fit for purpose. Embed management systems requirements in key processes and ensure ongoing ISO certification through compliance and support for audits. Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and maintain expert knowledge through continuous professional development.

What You’ll Bring:

·       Analytical Skills: You should possess strong conceptual and critical thinking skills which will allow to solve practical problems efficiently. You should have a proven track record of analyzing performance and developing initiatives to improve business process performance.

·       Interpersonal Skills: You must have demonstrated the ability to partner with and influence others to achieve the organization’s strategic outcomes. Possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills enabling you to effectively engage with individuals at all levels. Additionally, you should excel at managing competing requirements and meeting strict deadlines in a high-volume work environment.

·       Qualifications and Experience: You should possess tertiary qualification in engineering, science, business, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent experience. You should have deep understanding of the regulatory environment that applies to Sydney Water. With over five years of experience in the development, implementation, and continual improvement of management systems or Integrated Management Systems in large and complex organizations to excel in this role.
