About the role 

Join our multiskilled Business Support team, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering quality support services to meet our partners' expectations. 

We’re recruiting for two Business Support Administrator roles: 

  1. Network Dig & Repairs Support – Where you will act as the main contact for managing, servicer requests and complaints in CRM. You'll coordinate with contractors and team members to provide timely work order updates to stakeholders. 
  2. Road Restoration Support – Collaborate with contractors, councils, and teams, focusing on purchase order statuses and monitoring timelines. You’ll handle the Purchase Request (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) process, ensuring accuracy and approvals through SAP, while also tracking payments, addressing duplicates, and resolving match exceptions.

As a business Support Administrator, you will: 

  • Liaise with Contractors, Councils, Customer Experience Teams, Customer Hub and other internal / external stakeholders. 
  • Schedule monthly contractor meetings. Attend & take minutes/actions where required. 
  • Manage shared mailbox correspondence & Manage work order processes in Maximo to support operational efficiency by creating and closing out work orders as required.  
  • Data Management (i.e. in SWIM, network drives, SharePoint) 
  • Verification/process claims and invoices based on general rules set by the business and escalate exceptions to responsible Contract Manager. 
  • SAP – Raise/Update Purchase Requests (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), Service Entry Sheets 
  • Follow-up on invoices/overdue payments with Business Connect & Contractors as required. 
  • Assisting other Business Support Administrators to cover leave. 

Who are we looking for?  

You will have: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Admin or a related discipline. 
  • Strong experience in providing administrative support to the business, including processes and transactions that involve interface with operations staff, contractors and vendors. 
  • Demonstrated technical capability in business support including the related procurement processes. 
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft, SharePoint, Maximo, SAP, Hydra, CRM. 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to be flexible and share knowledge amongst the team.
