About the role
Project Coordinator will support the successful delivery of Enterprise project and projects through the provision of project of project coordination, governance and operational support, including reporting, risk and issue tracking, quality assurance and document management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Deliver PMO activities and deliverables for a project or program (risk and issue and management, reporting, schedule maintenance and benefits realisation coordination).
Identifying, defining, developing and implementing improvements to project reporting and monitoring processes and procedures
Assist in the preparation of cost forecasts, financial status reporting and cashflow analysis.
Maintain the document library for each project / program (Document Management and Administration in Sharepoint)
Build constructive working relationships with Project Managers and key stakeholders to support successful delivery of the project/program
About you
Tertiary qualification in Project Management / Business Management or related discipline
A relevant program management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI)
Min 3 years’ experience working in a PMO, ideally as a PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator in a fast-paced environment such as banking or telco.
Self-starter who can deal with organisational ambiguity.
Highly proactive with exceptional integrity, professionalism, efficiency and accuracy; and
Creativity and a passion for discovering and adopting new ways of working and achieving outcomes.
Collaborative and constructive with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Previous experience with SAP EPPM, Microsoft Project Online or other project management tools
Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualisation tools
Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Sharepoint)
