About the role
The Enterprise Business Architecture Manager drives and is accountable for enterprise-wide process management by establishing and maintaining a structured business process architecture. This includes managing the technical data constructs of the business process reference model to ensure seamless navigation, ownership, and performance measurement. The role enhances process capability through BPMN v2.0 training, modelling frameworks, and governance oversight while ensuring process models remain accurate and credible. By embedding process ownership and mapping key processes, it supports strategic performance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Drive enterprise-wide process governance by providing professional, technical and specialist support on all aspects of business process information (process hierarchy, roles, documents, applications, business capabilities, broader business architecture) to enhance operational effectiveness.
Manage seamless process execution by enabling end-to-end process design efforts, identifying interdependencies and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Develop capability by leading training, coaching, workspace setup and quality control for process experts, analysts and decentralised process modellers, ensuring process maturity and adoption of best practices.
Provide access to BPMN v2.0 training and develop supporting collaterals to build enterprise-wide process capability.
Equip business process modelling and improvement participants with ALSCI framework training to enhance modelling consistency and drive continuous improvement.
Who are we looking for?
Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline (engineering, science, business, management) or experience deemed equivalent.
10 years’ experience in introduction, development and deployment, at scale, of process reference modelling.
Experience in deployment of business process reference models
Fluent in business process notation
Experience in coaching, training and mentoring
