Developer Transformation Business Lead
About the role
The role manages the Growth and Development business requirements for the Developer Transformation project.
The role acts as a primary influencer to ensure business requirements and benefits are delivered, supporting the Project Director in ensuring quality, budget and schedule requirements are met in the delivery of the agreed business and technology solution.
Responsibilities:
- Shape the Developer Transformation project to align with Sydney Water’s corporate strategy, vision and group strategies, in line with Growth and Development areas and ensure strategic coherence and project success.
- Conduct research to understand customer and business pain points enabling informed decision-making and targeted improvements.
- Lead the development of solutions to enhance customer experience and business performance that result in optimised service delivery.
- Identify and implement necessary business and digital capabilities for transformation, ensuring a comprehensive and effective change process.
- Manage project scope and backlog, ensuring all tasks are prioritised and negotiated effectively to meet project goals.
- Assess and quantify project benefits, identify risks, and prepare business cases to support informed decision-making and risk management.
About you
- Extensive experience across business analysis, process improvement, transformational projects with significant digital component.
- Extensive experience in customer experience for enhancing user experience and ensuring customer-centric solutions.
- In-depth understanding and experience in growth and development specialisation for utility or other state-owned organisation and cross-cutting enterprise processes including asset, spatial, cadastre and financial.
- Proven success in delivering digital projects that result in significant customer and user experience and productivity improvement.
- Proven success with technology including SAP finance, SAP EPPM, Spatial, Maximo and associated integration requirements.
