Your role will involve:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be involved in systematic review and documentation of business's goals, functions, and processes, along with the supporting information and data. This includes defining requirements to improve processes, reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and quantify benefits. It involves creating and iterating specifications and acceptance criteria for deploying information systems, using either predictive (plan-driven) or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches based on the context.

Leadership Skills:

The ideal candidate will be investigating work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes, through improvements in information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organisation change. Will be involved in Organizational capability development develops and maintain a detailed knowledge of capability improvement approaches and techniques and selects appropriate approaches for the organisation

Analytical Skills:

The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to monitor and assess system performance, implement and maintain Conceptual data modelling, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and support improvement initiatives.

Interpersonal Skills:

Participate actively in project teams and mentor staff to enhance data quality. Prioritize the safety of colleagues, the public, and the environment in all tasks. Manage conflicts, manage scope, manage requirements communications and to maintain knowledge for future use.

Qualification and Experience:

Essential:

Tertiary qualified in a relevant field or have significant experience in process analysis across a dynamic organisation.

Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience.

Experience in Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and/or IT Service Management (ITSM) is highly preferred

Business analysis techniques / deliverables within the Agile SCRUM framework (product backlog refinement and prioritisation, managing user stories, involvement in Scrum ceremonies).

Requirements’ skills and techniques – BPMN process notation and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong Stakeholder Management Skills and Problem-Solving skills

Desirable:

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) desirable.

Certified in Agile Analysis (IIBA®-AAC) desirable.

Knowledge of ServiceNow is highly desirable
