The Role:

We are looking for a Casual Chef De Partie to join our kitchen brigade.

We have shifts available on Monday and Tuesday mornings for our buffet breakfast service and this role will also benefit someone available for additional hours during peak season and during special events.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, cooking, refilling and setting up for a seamless breakfast service - both a la carte and buffet style
• Maintaining kitchen standards and ensuring compliance
• Supporting and supervising others and creating an environment of collaboration
• Adapting to menu changes and ad hoc dietary requirements
• Assisting with ordering and general procurement
• Assisting with deliveries and ensuring proper food storage

About you:

Your many talents include:

• Demonstrated experience in a high functioning commercial kitchen setting
• Trade Qualified - Cert III Commercial Cookery - essential
• You can naturally work independently and under pressure 
• You are seeking Casual hours and are available on a Monday and Tuesday morning  
• High attention to detail with sound interpersonal skills
