THE ROLE:

As a Food and Beverage Attendant with our hotel, you'll enjoy an upbeat, lively work environment where providing excellent customer service is our top priority. We're seeking someone passionate about creating memorable dining experiences for our guests across all food and beverage outlets, from breakfast service to crafting cocktails behind the bar.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver exceptional service with a smile to guests during meals, at the bar, and for in-room dining
• Take food and drink orders politely and efficiently
• Serve beer, wine, spirits, and top-notch coffee drinks
• Assist with table service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Support the bar and in-room dining operations
• Work flexible hours across varied shifts as needed
• Provide excellent customer service across all outlets

ABOUT YOU:

We're looking for talented individuals who:

• Have prior food and beverage or hospitality experience
• Can work a flexible schedule with rotating shifts
• Have strong customer service skills
• Are well-organized team players
• Have the right to work in Australia

While prior hotel experience is great, it's not required. We welcome people of all backgrounds who want to provide excellent service!
