What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, create, and manage personalised marketing content, ensuring brand consistency and alignment.
  • Work with design and content teams to develop compelling visuals and copy for member communications.
  • Lead content planning and personalised execution of what we say to customers and when we say it.
  • Analyse customer insights to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, SPAM, and ACCC regulations.

  • Strong background in brand governance and marketing campaign planning.
  • Ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, email, or digital communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
