What You’ll Be Doing

• Category Strategy: Develop and execute annual category plans, ensuring a competitive and profitable range.
• Range Management: Identify new product opportunities, optimize assortments, and lead range reviews.
• Financial Performance: Own sales and profitability reporting, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
• Supplier & Trade Partner Management: Build strong relationships, negotiate terms, and optimize sourcing.
• Omni-Channel Growth: Align category strategies with eCommerce and retail trends to enhance the customer journey.
• Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure product compliance and sustainability targets are met.

 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in category management, merchandising, or buying, preferably within retail or FMCG.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and trade partners.
• Precision & Agility – Ability to balance attention to detail with quick, confident decision-making
• Proven financial acumen in managing budgets, pricing, and profitability.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into strategic decisions.
• Experience in sourcing, supply chain, or product development is a plus.
• Passion for the automotive or car care industry is a bonus!
