About The Role: 

With your inspiring leadership approach & B2B, business development experience, you will have a genuine opportunity to impact the revenue growth & successful performance of your team, by leading, motivating and developing a high performing sales team and implementing effective sales strategies. 

Day to day will include, but not limited to: 

  • Drive & empower a positive team culture: Foster an engaged & performance culture through exemplary leadership, open, transparent communication, flexibility and innovation
  • Customer Service: Develop and implement plans, processes and procedures to achieve customer service excellence
  • Sales: Create and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Organisation: Actively foster a culture of continuous individual and team improvement whilst seeking continuous improvement in our trade offer and necessary supporting systems
  • Administration: Provide regular reporting on commercial performance and analysis of performance, identifying trends, opportunities and areas of improvement
  • Workplace Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Create culture of safety, health and wellbeing, always ensuring a safe working environment for your team 

About You:

  • Experience in B2B business development & sales is a must
  • Proven track record in a comparable role, leading high-performing teams with a motivational leadership style that drives team success
  • Skilled in sales training, team development, and crafting effective sales strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry within Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on trade expertise
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and sustaining effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
