ABOUT THE ROLE
A new role reporting into the Workforce Planning System Lead has become available on a permanent basis. As a Workforce Planning System Analyst, you will support the management and operation of the Rostered Time and Attendance (RTA) platform (UKG Dimensions) and ensure the system configuration is fit for purpose and supports rostering managers to deliver compliant rosters.
This hybrid or fully remote opportunity can be based in any location within Australia and is ideally based in Brisbane.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as First and Second line of defense to ensure rostering compliance and accurate payment of team members.
- Maintain and optimise system configuration and processes to ensure compliant delivery of Dimensions outcomes.
- Support the Workforce Planning team in the delivery of weekly and monthly pay processes and compliance reporting; utilising your understanding of the system to navigate a wide range of queries.
- Monitor and ensure all system integration performance is consistent and delivering accurate outcomes.
- Complete thorough testing of configuration using well established methodology and follow internal change governance processes.
- Manage collaborative relationships across various areas of the business, including the Employee Relations and Payroll teams.
- Engage with external stakeholders to drive timely system actions.
ABOUT YOU
- You have strong systems knowledge where you have supported team members with First and Second-line defence in a Systems Administrator or Systems Analyst capacity.
- Configuration and functional knowledge of UKG Dimensions or other RTA systems will be highly regarded.
- You are adept at managing a range of both internal and external stakeholders including senior stakeholders and are known to have best in class customer service skills.
- You have strong attention to detail focusing on compliant outcomes and a curiosity about systems where you enjoy trouble shooting to find the best outcome for your customers.
