About the Role

As a People Services Administrator in our HR Connect team, you’ll provide essential HR administrative support to our Super Retail Group team members and leaders. You’ll gain exposure to various people-related processes while working closely with People Advisors and Manager People Partners.

What We’re Looking For

🌟 HR Enthusiast – A recent or soon-to-be graduate (HR or related degree) with a passion for supporting people.

🌀 Adaptable & Proactive – Thrives in a fast-moving, high-volume environment and enjoys problem-solving.

📂 Organised & Detail-Oriented – Strong administrative and prioritisation skills.

💻 Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using MS Excel and HR systems (SAP experience is a bonus!).

🚀 Self-Starter – Can work independently, take initiative, and pivot when needed.
