About the Role:
In this role, you'll help maintain engagement with our Club loyalty program members by coordinating and administering personalised content across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- EDM Coordination: Manage and deliver personalised EDMs to loyalty program members, ensuring alignment with marketing plans and compliance requirements.
- Content Creation: Develop briefs, coordinate with the Design Studio, and proof personalised content to support targeted marketing strategies.
- Insights & Strategy: Leverage customer and marketing insights to improve content performance and align with emerging trends.
- Collaboration: Build effective relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality personalised campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, preferably with loyalty programs or eCommerce.
- Strong attention to detail for proofing content and ensuring brand alignment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of marketing and customer engagement trends.
