We're on the lookout for a detail-driven Pallet Controller / Equipment Administrator who’s ready to bring their coordination skills to the next level. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our equipment system (2ic) accurate and efficient across our Australian and New Zealand operations. 

If you’ve worked in a retail, logistics or warehouse environment handling inventory, stock receipting, or managing admin around equipment flow, this could be your next big move!

  • You’ve maybe dabbled with systems like 2ic, SAP, CHEP or Loscam and understand the importance of compliance and traceability.

Based in either of our DCs in Brendale or Truganina, you will be responsible for...

  • Equipment & Resource Coordination: Lead and coordinate full stocktakes across stores and DCs to ensure accurate pallet tracking.
  • Admin & Reconciliation: Manage 2ic system accuracy by reconciling invoices and tracking equipment movements.
  • Compliance & Quality: Drive equipment compliance through regular audits and process monitoring.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with DCs and stores to support smooth pallet operations. 

About You:

  • 2+ years’ experience with 2ic equipment control or handling inventory, stock receipting, or managing admin around equipment flow
  • Solid understanding of CHEP & Loscam hire equipment fundamentals.
  • Exposure to SAP or similar stock/inventory systems.
  • Great attention to detail, numeracy, and admin skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a knack for influencing others and improving processes.
  • Previous DC, warehouse, or retail back-of-house experience.
