About the Role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Commercial Analyst - Sustainability and Property is responsible for the provision of commercial analytical support and reporting for the Commercial Sustainability Program and Property area for the Group.  This role is key contributor in the data collection and review to support budget development and planning financials, as well as delivering regular forecasts. In addition, this role supports key business leaders in understanding their ongoing performance against budget and forecasts, and analysis & insights into key drivers.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a Commercial Analyst capacity with strong skills in financial analysis & insights development
  • Ability to translate financial data into clear and meaningful insights
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite particularly with Excel
  • Financial modelling and financial / budget management skills
  • Tertiary Qualification in Finance/Accounting/Business and working towards or have completed CPA, ACA or CIMA
  • Retail industry experience is desirable but not required
  • Experience in Sustainability reporting will be highly regarded

Your highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and strong customer focus will be key to this role.
