About the role:

Through your exceptional coordination ability, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively creating, executing and reporting CRM direct marketing campaigns across the SRG Group

Day to day, will include:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Support in the effective end to end planning and delivery of CRM campaigns across the Group
  • Customer Experience Optimisation: Support in attracting, engaging and enhancing the customer experience to enable brand loyalty
  • Reporting & Insights: Ensure timely and accurate reporting is available to all brands
  • Testing: Contribute to the delivery of the EDM to ensure that the best outcome for the customer is reached
  • Relationship Management: Foster effective stakeholder relationships to achieve desired business outcomes
  • Administration: Ensure timely and accurate completion of admin tasks

 About you:

  • Ideally experience in a CRM, digital or technology focused marketing role, with database management
  • Highly organised with ability to manage conflicting priorities where needed
  • Strong ability to build & foster strong relationships both internally and externally
  • High degree of admin/coordination skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication ability
  • Strong MS Office skills with ability to work with large datasets
