Talent Acquisition Coordinator | ASAP Start until December 2025Hybrid

In this role, you’ll:

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to bring in high-quality candidates for our Retail Brands.
• Drive the candidate experience – from application to offer – ensuring it’s seamless, professional, and engaging.
• Support proactive sourcing by connecting with passive talent through social media, networks, and outreach.
• Coordinate recruitment activities including screening, right-to-work checks, background checks, and interview scheduling.
• Track recruitment metrics and help us deliver on SLAs and diversity goals.
• Contribute to process improvements and exciting talent projects.
