About the Role: From spearheading key product launches to creating engaging, multi-channel content—including responsive social media posts—you’ll ensure our messaging resonates across the board. With the opportunity to work alongside internal stakeholders, merchants, vendors, and strategic partners, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s success.
Day to Day, not limited to:
- Category Communication Management: Execute campaigns to deliver category objectives and use customer insights to drive messaging
- Sales & Financial Performance: Maintain production budgets as assigned and deliver sales driven concepts
- Communications: Conduct and lead regular meetings with key team members to deliver a consistent message across all touch points including merchandise teams, sponsorship team, VM and online team
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong stakeholder relationships. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Traffic & Workflow Managers, Product teams, and Category Marketing Specialists, while engaging with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and alignment with strategic objectives.
About You:
- Campaign Management and Category Communication: Experienced in executing category-aligned campaigns across social channels, leveraging customer insights for impactful messaging, and managing platforms to deliver consistent, engaging, and brand-compliant content across touchpoints
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Skilled in partnering with internal teams and external partners to deliver category-relevant initiatives, coordinating cross-functional efforts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring seamless communication
- Content Creation and Trend Awareness: Expertise in developing, proofreading, and managing engaging content across digital and social media, while staying informed on industry trends and competitor activity to guide content strategy
- Adaptability and Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining clear, solutions-focused messaging across all channels and stakeholders.
