About the Role

We’re looking for a unique, people-focused leader to join us as Distribution Centre Manager at our Erskine Park facility in Sydney. This is more than an operations role – it’s an opportunity to lead a large-scale supply chain operation while fostering a culture that places safety and wellbeing at its core.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end DC operations, including infrastructure, daily processes, budget oversight, and, most importantly, nurturing a high-performing team environment.

We welcome experienced leaders from all industries. If you've managed large teams and delivered safe, effective outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the DC with an unwavering focus on workplace safety, employee wellbeing, and adherence to all safety standards and legislative requirements.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture – ensuring safety is embedded in every process, from strategic planning to daily operations.
  • Oversee operational performance and drive improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery across all brands and products.
  • Manage the DC’s financial performance, including planning, forecasting and optimising cost-to-serve.
  • Develop leadership capability across the DC team – supporting Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Leaders with coaching, development plans, and succession strategies.
  • Identify and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives through collaboration, innovation, and team empowerment.

About You

You are a safety-first leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the importance of leading through influence, integrity, and empathy. You know how to get results without compromising the wellbeing of your people.

We’re open to leaders from diverse operational backgrounds (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, retail operations) with the right values and skillset.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience leading large teams (50+) in complex operational environments.
  • A strong background in safety leadership, including knowledge of PCBU obligations and WHS governance.
  • Commercial acumen, including experience with budget planning, cost control, and productivity management.
  • Demonstrated success in building high performing, engaged teams.
  • Experience delivering Continuous Improvement or Lean programs is highly desirable.
  • A passion for people development and fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and growth.

WHY JOIN US?

  • Enjoy a range of benefits, including generous discounts across our brands and access to our Perks Programme, covering health and wellbeing, entertainment, travel, and more.
  • Be part of an innovative, inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and supports personal and professional growth.
  • Benefit from ongoing opportunities for learning, development, and career progression.
  • Join an organisation recognized as a Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Employer of Choice for Gender Equality.

Ready to lead with impact? Apply now and join a team that values safety, innovation, and people at the heart of everything we do.
