ABOUT THE ROLE 

Based in Strathpine for 19-hours per week (Monday to Wednesday OR Wednesday to Friday), you will report into the Reception Team Leader who is primarily responsible for greeting visitors and team members. Your role will focus on the back-office tasks including inbound and outbound mail sorting, arranging name badges for team members across the region and responding to emails. 

This permanent, part-time role is required to work in the office.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with department documents, including but not limited to printing/laminating/filing.
  • Complete all daily and weekly tasks outlined in the reception task list.
  • Make sure sensitive information is passed onto the relevant stakeholder ensuring confidentiality.
  • Greet and work with internal and external stakeholders promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure rosters and breaks are adhered to.
  • Keep a safe and clean reception and mail room area by complying with procedures and policies. 

ABOUT YOU  

  • Demonstrated experience or understanding of work routines and procedures.
  • Professional and courteous manner both in person, on the phone and via email.
  • Previous experience in an administration position.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication skills and professionalism.  
  • Must be able to work in the Strathpine office for 19 hours per week, either Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday.
