In this fast-paced and collaborative role, you’ll bring campaigns to life through personalised digital experiences across email, SMS and web. You’ll be hands-on with customer segmentation, offer creation, journey mapping and campaign reporting using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and more.
What you’ll do:
- Build and execute CRM campaigns that excite and reward our customers
- Create offers, journeys, and content across multiple digital channels
- Use data and insights to optimise customer experiences
- Collaborate with Marketing, Tech, Privacy and external partners
- Ensure compliance with data and privacy laws
- Report on campaign performance and recommend improvements
What you’ll bring:
- 1–2 years’ experience in CRM, digital marketing or tech-driven campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar)
- Skills in HTML, CSS, SQL or similar a bonus
- A keen eye for detail and strong Excel skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects
- Passion for customer-centric marketing
