ABOUT THE ROLE:

We have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist who is eager to work in a supportive, dynamic environment. In this high-volume transactional AP role, you will be responsible for processing documents and supporting stakeholders with purchasing, invoicing, and effective account management.

Responsibilities will include : 

  • Accurate and efficient processing of all vendor documents.
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reconciliation of account statements, responding to account queries and follow-up, and identification, investigation, and resolution of unmatched invoices and exceptions.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role in a large volume and fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience using SAP and well-developed Excel skills would be ideal.
  • An enthusiastic, customer focused and self-motivated personality.
  • An ability to multitask and meet deadlines, in a busy and agile environment.
