Team purpose:

Our Group Strategy & Customer; Personalisation team are responsible for optimising customer communication and engagement to drive growth & retention across our Club loyalty programs.

About the role:

This role is at the forefront of innovation, leveraging both existing and new datasets within the business to evaluate potential actions and determine the most suitable messages, products, and offers to be delivered to individual customers at scale.

Day to day, will include:

  • EDMs: Coordination of personalised EDMs for Club member base 
  • Marketing & Design: Coordinate creation of personalised content to support personalisation strategy
  • Customer & Marketing Insights: Collect and utilise insights relating to content performance and customer engagement

About you:

  • Experience within a similar marketing role, with Google Analytics & EDM knowledge or alternatively with a strong operations and auto product knowledge background
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset
  • Strong administration & MS Office skills
  • High degree of interpersonal skills, with ability build effective, professional relationships
