ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in the Rhodes rebel office, you will work 6-hours on a Wednesday and 6-hours rotating between a Thursday or a Friday. Reporting into Reception Team Leader who is based in Brisbane, you will partner closely with the other Rhodes Receptionist regularly. While stakeholder interaction is your priority, will also focus on back-office tasks including inbound and outbound mail sorting, arranging name badges for rebel team members across the region and respond to emails. Importantly, you will be available to work full-time for four to six weeks of the year during school holidays to cover for the other Receptionist when she goes on leave.
This permanent, part-time role is required to work in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and work with internal and external stakeholders promptly and professionally.
- Assist with department documents, including but not limited to printing/laminating/filing.
- Complete all daily and weekly tasks outlined in the reception task list.
- Make sure sensitive information is passed onto the relevant stakeholder ensuring confidentiality.
- Ensure rosters and breaks are adhered to.
- Keep a safe and clean reception and mail room area by complying with procedures and policies.
ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrated experience or understanding of work routines and procedures.
- Professional and courteous manner both in person, on the phone and via email.
- Previous experience in an administration position.
- Exceptional customer service, communication skills and professionalism.
- Must be able to work in the Rhodes office for 6-hours on a Wednesday and 6-hours rotating between a Thursday and Friday and be able to work full-time for four to six weeks of the year during school holidays.
