What You'll Be Doing:

  • Driving HR System Transformation & Workforce Management – Leading the evolution of HR systems, payroll, and workforce management, driving a seamless transition to SuccessFactors Employee Central & Payroll for enhanced efficiency and accuracy
  • Leading Payroll Operations – Providing strategic leadership to the payroll team, overseeing systems and processes to ensure seamless and compliant payroll execution.
  • Optimising Workforce Management – Leading the Workforce Management team to ensure precise and timely mobility processes and workforce administration, supporting business agility.
  • Elevating HR Information Systems & Digital Experience – Managing HRIS to streamline position management, job architecture, and team member digital experiences, driving innovation in HR technology.
  • Safeguarding Data Integrity & Compliance – Acting as the custodian of team member data, ensuring robust policies, systems, and processes uphold compliance and data security.
  • Delivering Service Excellence – Committed to high-impact service delivery, ensuring HR operations run seamlessly to support business success.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Leader – 5+ years in HR, payroll, or related leadership roles, with a track record of driving transformation.
  • Strategic & Analytical – Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyse data for informed decision-making.
  • Tech-Savvy Innovator – Experience implementing HR service centre technologies and operating models.
  • People-Centric & Engaging – Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Retail Industry Experience (preferred) – Familiarity with fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
  • Passionate About Change – A problem solver who thrives in a dynamic and evolving business landscape.
