About The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-driven Group Sustainability Reporting Manager to lead our non-financial sustainability reporting across the Group. Reporting to the GM, Sustainability, you'll drive key initiatives that enhance our brand reputation, inform our stakeholders, and support our social license to operate.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Sustainability Reporting and Disclosure: Deliver key sustainability reports including our annual Responsible Business Report, NGER, DJSI, UN Global Compact and submissions to global ESG indices to showcase SRG’s responsible business practices.
  • Support Group Sustainability Reporting: Support other Group sustainability reporting such as ASRS mandatory climate reporting, the annual Modern Slavery Statement, and various product stewardship reporting requirements
  • Data Management and Reporting Accuracy: Coordinate data collection across the Group to ensure sustainability reporting is accurate, consistent, and timely.
  • Assurance and Verification: Manage internal reviews and external assurance of sustainability disclosures to maintain transparency and trust.
  • ESG Trends and Strategic Insights: Track emerging ESG trends and provide strategic advice to strengthen SRG’s sustainability reporting and initiatives.
  • Sustainability Framework Support: Contribute to the rollout of SRG’s Sustainability Framework through materiality assessments, goal setting, and responsible sourcing support.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across the business to embed sustainability reporting practices and drive continuous improvement. 

About You:

  • Corporate Reporting Expertise:  You have strong experience in corporate reporting, ideally within a listed ASX environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Influence: You build trusted relationships and can influence across all levels of an organisation.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting Skills: You bring strong analytical capabilities, with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, reconciliations, formulas).
  • Organisation and Time Management: You’re highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: You communicate complex sustainability concepts clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Relevant Qualifications: You hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Corporate Communications, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or Investor Relations.
