In this pivotal role, you will:
- Provide diary management and administrative support to Finance General Managers.
- Coordinate meetings, manage emails, update records, draft communications, and handle monthly credit card reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing and editing documents, processing invoices, and arranging travel plans for the team.
