We're currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Store Manager to join our team in the Mid to North Gold Coast area, Queensland. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team.
If you are an established leader with a proven track record in management, we would love to hear from you. While retail experience is preferred, we are also open to candidates with management experience from other industries.

This role is set in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
- Retail management experience.
- A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
- A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
- Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
