About the Role: Based in Melbourne, you will manage existing trade customers and Supercheap Auto retail stores as well as identifying and cold calling potential new business opportunities on a regular basis.
In this dynamic and rewarding role you will:
- Review, implement and action plans to drive average spend per trade customer for the program
- Plan and organise activities and drive the performance of the managed account program within designated sales area to achieve individual sales and margin budget
- Oversee an assigned group of managed account customers to ensure effective long lasting business relationships are created and maintained
- Actively seek out new customers and meet growth targets for new business accounts
- Be passionate about ensuring customer service standards and always provide friendly, helpful and accurate customer service and advice
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in B2B sales and business development role (Within auto or similar business)
✅ In-depth aftermarket parts knowledge advantage
✅ Strong communication and relationship management skills
✅ Proactive & motivated professional with passion for the automotive industry
✅ Current open/clean car driver’s license and IT literacy
