As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. 

This role is set in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

  • Retail management experience. 
  • A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service. 
  • A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team 
  • Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities. 
  • Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. 
  • Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting. 

We are excited to consider candidates with mechanical experience, though it’s not a requirement. We value a diverse range of skills and encourage all interested individuals to apply.
