As a driven and experienced Project Manager, you’ll take the helm of civil construction projects, ensuring they’re delivered on schedule, within budget, and to exceptional safety and quality benchmarks. With a strong pipeline of projects, this role offers long-term stability and the chance to lead transformative work in a dynamic region. Experience in 3-waters projects, particularly large pipelines, deep trenching in challenging ground conditions, and preferably pump station and treatment plant construction is key. Mechanical experience in treatment plants would be a valuable bonus.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Leading civil infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, meeting timelines and client goals
· Managing teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to drive efficient and successful project outcomes
· Preparing project schedules, budgets, and reports to keep everything on track
· Upholding rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards across all site activities
· Fostering strong connections with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
Who You Are:
· A proven leader with extensive experience in civil construction, including 3-waters projects with large pipelines and deep trenching in tough ground conditions
· Preferably skilled in pump station and treatment plant construction; mechanical experience in treatment plants is a plus
· Equipped with a Civil Engineering qualification or equivalent hands-on expertise
· Organised and articulate, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
· Adept at managing project finances and keeping budgets in check
