Superintendent - Civil Construction Canterbury

With a strong pipeline of complex projects, we’re ideally looking for a person who can also support future growth and training for the next generation of civil experts

What You’ll Be Doing:

·       Leading and mentoring project teams

·       Managing project workflow to meet programme, safety, and quality targets

·       Coordinating subcontractors, materials, and site operations

·       Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards

·       Keeping detailed site records and proactively addressing risks and challenges

Who You Are:

·       Extensive experience in civil construction, with proven leadership ability

·       Proven expertise in concrete structures, piling, and crane operations

·       Strong ability to drive programmes, manage teams, and ensure compliance

·       Experience working on NZTA projects is highly advantageous

·       Pavement construction is highly desirable

·       Health & Safety focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving
