Contract Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Tier 1, partner’s growing Civil team.

As an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager, you will provide leadership across several simultaneous projects. You’ll have the responsibility of delivering projects with the highest level of quality and safety. There is a very busy pipeline of work, therefore long-term stability along with an exceptional career path is available.

While this is a very busy environment, the team are fully supportive and the culture of high performance is a testament to this.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing civil projects within budget and stakeholder expectations
• Be a subject-matter expert
• Collaborating with managers and key stakeholders
• Leading project teams and subcontractors to achieve success
• Promoting a culture of health and safety

Who are You:

• Civil Engineer or equivalent, or extensive relevant experience
• Demonstrated success in managing 3-waters, civil construction and land development projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all stakeholders
• Project financial expertise to ensure project budget adherence
• Natural and proven leader
