As an experienced and proactive Senior Supervisor, you’ll take charge of onsite operations, leading teams to deliver civil infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This is a key leadership role with the chance to make a real impact on significant projects while mentoring the next generation of construction professionals. Experience in 3-waters projects (pipelines and/or treatment plants) and deep drainage would be a strong advantage.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Leading teams, including Leading Hands and Foreman, to meet project deadlines and optimise efficiency
· Coordinating workflows, materials, and subcontractors to ensure seamless operations
· Conducting daily pre-start briefings and maintaining detailed site records, including diaries and safety documentation
· Championing health, safety, and environmental standards through active leadership and regular site engagement
· Ensuring quality outcomes by upholding workmanship standards and compliance with work method statements
· Supporting project planning and driving the programme alongside the site management team
Who You Are:
· A seasoned professional with many years of experience in civil construction
· Skilled in leading teams and motivating crews to achieve targets
· Experienced in 3-waters projects (pipelines and/or treatment plants); deep drainage experience is a bonus
· Health and safety-focused with a proactive approach to risk management
· Reliable, with excellent communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude
· Ideally, holding a Supervisor Level 4 or similar trade qualification, plus a Full Class 1 driver’s licence
