Some of your key responsibilities
- Deliver superior face-to-face interactions with our customers to understand their needs, barriers and challenges their business faces
- Grow opportunities to promote a broad product range
- Develop a sales cycle to get the best results from existing and new relationships
- Be a subject matter expert, that all stakeholders can rely on
Experience and skillset requirements:
- Proven successful sales experience in the construction industry including ancillary industries such as fasteners and speciality products would be an advantage
- Demonstrated skill in achieving sales targets, customer retention and growth
- Sales and profitable growth budgeting, planning and forecasting experience
- Sound skills in influencing and building long-lasting relationships
- Exceptional communicator
- Commercially oriented – able to demonstrate good financial and commercial awareness including industry and market trends
- Self-awareness and a high level of integrity and standards
