Our clients are movers and shakers in the construction industry and we’re helping them search for their next top performer, someone who’ll lead their franchise network to another level, providing leadership and growth to a crucial arm of their business.
As the National Franchise Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing and supporting our clients’ nationwide franchise network and inspire them to deliver consistently high operating standards. Your success in this role will come down to your ability to engage, communicate and facilitate with franchisee members, showcasing your commitment to success and maximum profit.
Your responsibilities include:
- Provide positive leadership to the direct reports, managing day to day activities that the team needs to achieve
- Develop Business Plans for the growth and performance of the franchise network
- Work with the Executive Directors to develop Franchise Strategic Plans
- Franchise Management
- Franchise Sales & Marketing
- Contribute to the development of the Show Homes strategy and ensure all show homes are developed to maximize sales opportunities
- Identify effective franchise recruitment plans and activities
- Oversee the Draughting Service to ensure high level delivery
- Regularly overview the performance of each franchise against agreed KPI’s
Based in Auckland, this is a full-time opportunity with plenty of action. Remuneration is competitive and so are the incentives. This role needs someone whose strategic approach and proactive drive makes for fast actions and results.
Here’s what we need from you:
- At least 10+ years’ experience in a business management role within the NZ construction and/or building supplies industries
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading and managing teams, preferably with franchise exposure
- Ability to take ownership and be proactive in addressing issues and finding solutions
- Exemplary business acumen – have a keen awareness of all market, commercial and competitor trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and numerical nouse
- Ability to influence, facilitate and coach others, inspiring them to deliver beyond expectation
