Our client is looking for someone just like you to join their team as their next Receptionist and Administration Assistant. As a boutique accountancy firm based in the bright lights of Auckland CBD, our client has a strong focus on helping their clients make better decisions for a prosperous future.
As the face of business, you’ll have both reception and general administration duties meaning lots of variety and scope to learn. This full-time role is all about keeping our clients’ computer systems, data, and file management in tip-top shape. Other duties include:
RECEPTION:
- Greeting and welcoming guests ensuring they complete visitor registration
- Answering, screening, and forwarding on incoming calls and emails
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Keeping the office space and kitchen clean, tidy, and well stocked
- Receiving and sorting mail deliveries
GENERAL
- Managing the online documentation storage of all firm records
- Setting up trusts and companies in online software
- Maintenance of statutory records and client file archives
- Assisting the Practice Manager with AML compliance
- Act as an EA to Directors as and when needed
Here’s what you need to be successful in this role:
- Excellent personal and professional presentation
- At least three years of administration and reception experience, preferably within the financial services and accountancy field
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems with ease
- A confident communicator who leads with integrity and empathy
- Sound English verbal, written and numerical skills
- Resourceful and adaptable – Efficiency is your middle name!
