Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Provide administrative coordination to the divisional service team with a high level of attention to detail and customer service. Allocate and schedule work for tradespeople and subcontractors. Providing high levels of service to the client and internal stakeholders to ensure that all KPI’S are achieved in a timely and required manner. You will be responsible for providing essential support to our team and contributing to the smooth functioning of our Service Division. The service coordinator will play a critical part in ensuring all service operations run smoothly. This includes allocating work, ordering materials, scheduling work activities with clients, work order administration & maintaining all registers.

  • Provide Administrative and service support for the team
  • Scheduling and allocating work to tradespeople
  • Support document control and manage project administration activities
  • Support and assist with quotations and tenders with the client and subcontractors
  • Coordinate all invoicing for projects including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Other Administrative requirements

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Service Administration experience in the electrical/construction industry (Desirable)
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite – (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience in scheduling and coordinating trades to achieve targets
  • Flexible and adaptable to support divisional team
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Willing to accept ownership of tasks allocated
  • Willing to develop skills & learn new skills
